  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and red bell pepper. Mince the garlic cloves.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sautéing for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
