  • 4 pieces Whole grain sandwich rolls

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 2

Add the vegan chicken cutlets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
