Ingredients

  • 4 units Plant-based chicken patty
  • 4 slices Vegan cheese slices
  • 4 units Vegan brioche buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Vegan mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 units Pickle slices
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the tomato into four even slices and the red onion into thin rings and set aside.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Step 3

Once the oil is hot, place the plant-based chicken patties in the skillet. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and thoroughly heated.

As the patties cook, lightly toast the inner sides of the brioche buns on a separate pan or toaster.

When the patties are almost done, place a vegan cheese slice on each and cover the skillet with a lid for the cheese to melt, about 1 minute.
