  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 4 large lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the vegan chicken strips according to the package instructions, typically by either pan-frying for about 5 minutes or until they are heated through and slightly crispy.

While the vegan chicken strips are cooking, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
