Ingredients

  • 300 grams vegan chicken strips
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Slice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers into thin strips. Set aside.

Step 2

Peel and thinly slice the onion. Mince the garlic cloves and grate the fresh ginger. Set aside.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Stir until the cornstarch is completely dissolved. Set aside.

Step 4

In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the vegan chicken strips to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown. Remove from the wok and set aside.
