  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup Plant-based chicken strips

  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 4 large Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the vegetables. Thinly slice the red bell pepper and cucumber into long strips. Finely dice the red onion. Set these aside.

Step 2

Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add lime juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mash the mixture with a fork until smooth and creamy, and set aside.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the plant-based chicken strips and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly browned.
