  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil, melted

  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup Diced apple, peeled and cored
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
