Ingredients

  • 1 medium, diced onion
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 200 grams, diced vegan ham
  • 4 medium, thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add the minced garlic and diced vegan ham to the skillet and sauté for another 3 minutes, until the vegan ham is slightly browned.

Step 4

Prepare the cheese sauce by combining the nutritional yeast, unsweetened almond milk, tapioca flour, dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 5
