Ingredients

  • 480 grams All-purpose flour
  • 10 grams Active dry yeast
  • 10 grams Sugar
  • 240 milliliters Warm water
  • 60 milliliters Olive oil
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 150 grams Vegan mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 60 grams Vegan butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 20 grams Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 15 grams Fresh basil, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 10 minutes until it's frothy.

Step 2

Add the olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually add in the all-purpose flour, stirring continuously until a dough begins to form.

Step 3

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for approximately 8-10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest in a warm area for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
