In a medium bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar, then stir until the yeast and sugar dissolve. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
