Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup Warm water
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.25 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar, then stir until the yeast and sugar dissolve. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Mix the ingredients together until a dough begins to form. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5–7 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Shape the dough into a ball and place it into a lightly oiled bowl, covering it with a damp cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place or until it has doubled in size.
