Directions

Step 1

Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then crumble it into small, scrambled-egg-like pieces using your hands or a fork.

In a bowl, mix the crumbled tofu with nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, black salt, unsweetened almond milk, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
