Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Vegan puff pastry
  • 1.5 cups Vegan cheese shreds
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the vegan puff pastry sheet into a 12x12 inch square.

In a medium bowl, mix together the vegan cheese shreds, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
