Ingredients

  • 500 grams All-purpose flour
  • 7 grams Instant yeast
  • 350 milliliters Warm water
  • 80 milliliters Olive oil
  • 10 grams Salt
  • 5 grams Sugar
  • 150 grams Vegan cheese (shredded)
  • 5 grams Fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 grams Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.

Create a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the warm water and 60 ml of olive oil.

Stir with a wooden spoon until a sticky dough forms. You may need to use your hands to bring it together towards the end.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
