Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Frozen puff pastry sheets
  • 300 grams Fresh spinach
  • 200 grams Vegan cream cheese
  • 100 grams Vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Step 2

Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to package instructions.

Step 3

Wash and chop the spinach finely.

Step 4

Dice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 5

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 6

Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Step 7

Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.

Step 8

Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 4-5 minutes.

Step 9

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly, then transfer to a mixing bowl.

Mix in vegan cream cheese, grated vegan mozzarella, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper to the spinach mixture.

Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 8 equal squares.
