Ingredients

  • 4 vegan burger patties
  • 8 vegan bacon strips
  • 4 vegan cheese slices
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 leaves lettuce leaves
  • 2 large tomato
  • 1 small red onion
  • 4 slices dill pickles
  • 4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons bbq sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Slice the tomatoes and red onion into thin slices.

Step 3

Lightly oil the grill or griddle with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 4

Cook the vegan burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until nicely browned and heated through.
