  • 1 cup Pico de gallo
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Guacamole
  • 0.5 cup Vegan cheese shreds

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the vegan butter using a fork or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
