  • 1 lime Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 small Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large Avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Salsa

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the jackfruit, then remove the core and shred the pieces with your fingers or a fork. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, until it becomes translucent.
