Ingredients

  • 16 oz Hearts of palm
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 stalks Green onion, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegan butter

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the hearts of palm, then cut them into approximately 1/2-inch thick rounds, resembling shrimp slices.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form the marinade.

Step 3

Add the hearts of palm slices to the marinade and toss gently to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
