  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup vegan Caesar dressing
  • 0.5 cup hummus
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until chickpeas are evenly coated.
