  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup Potato sticks

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and red bell pepper to the skillet, and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
