  • 1 cup Coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoons Onion powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Clean the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and removing any yellow or damaged outer leaves. Cut them in half.

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
