Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 8 ounces Vegan mozzarella
  • 15 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices; you should get about 12 slices.

Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil, approximately 2 tablespoons in total.

Peel and halve the garlic cloves. Rub the cut sides of the garlic on the top side of each baguette slice.
