Ingredients

  • 300 grams Broccoli
  • 300 grams Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Coconut milk (full fat)
  • 3 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets. Set them aside.

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced yellow onion to the pot and sauté for 5 minutes, or until translucent.
