  • 6 tablespoons Water
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs, vegan
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 whole Hamburger buns, vegan
  • 4 whole Lettuce leaves
  • 1 whole Tomato, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 4 whole Pickles, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the ground flaxseed with water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it forms a gel-like consistency.
