  • 1.5 cups Gram flour (besan)
  • 1 cup Water

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black salt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Boil the potatoes until tender, peel, and mash them in a bowl.

Finely chop the green chilies, ginger, and cilantro. Add to the mashed potatoes.
