  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 150 g vegan chocolate
  • 50 g slivered almonds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a clean bowl, whisk the aquafaba with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

Gradually add the granulated sugar while continuing to whisk until the mixture becomes glossy and firm.

Gently fold in the almond extract.

In a separate bowl, sift the all-purpose flour and icing sugar together. Add the ground almonds and mix well.
