Ingredients

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 8 slices tempeh bacon

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Then, chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the lettuce.

Peel and pit the avocado. Chop it into chunks and add it to the salad.
