  • 100 grams Tempeh
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 4 large Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the tempeh into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick) to mimic bacon strips.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the smoked paprika, soy sauce, maple syrup, and olive oil to create a marinade.

Place the tempeh strips in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let the tempeh marinate for at least 5 minutes.
