  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 piece lime
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and vegan ground beef. Cook for 5 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and heated through.

Step 2

Season the vegan ground beef with cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to incorporate the spices evenly and set aside.
