  • 0.5 medium Onion, diced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and diced onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.

Step 2

Add plant-based ground beef to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart, until nicely browned.
