  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca starch, and cornstarch. Slowly add water while stirring until you get a smooth batter. Mix in soy sauce and salt, then set aside.

Prepare a steamer and ensure it is large enough to fit a baking dish or tray. Lightly oil the tray to prevent sticking.
