  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese, shredded
  • 4 Flour tortillas, large
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 0 Salsa, for serving
  • 0 Guacamole, for serving

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and heat until shimmering.

Step 2

Add the finely chopped onion and cook for about 3 minutes until it begins to soften.

Stir in the minced garlic and chopped red bell pepper, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the vegan beef crumbles to the skillet, followed by the ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for about 5 minutes, until the crumbles are browned and heated through.

Remove the skillet from heat and set aside.
