  • 6 cups water
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into large chunks
  • 150 grams green beans, trimmed
  • 1 small head cabbage, quartered
  • 1 vegan beef stock cube
  • 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce alternative
  • 2 stalks green onion, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the plant-based beef strips and cook for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
