  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 large Lime
  • 8 small Corn tortillas
  • 0.25 cup, chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 large Avocado

Directions

Step 1

Slice the red and green bell peppers into thin strips. Peel and thinly slice the yellow onion.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until it begins to soften.
