  • 3 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients by dicing the carrot and bell pepper, slicing the green onions, and mincing the garlic. If your jasmine rice is freshly cooked, allow it to cool slightly.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add the vegan beef crumbles to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until they are heated through and slightly browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer the crumbles to a plate and set aside.
