Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Plant-based beef strips
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets

  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, water, and vegetable broth. Mix until cornstarch is fully dissolved. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Add the plant-based beef strips and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
