  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1.5 teaspoons chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 juiced lime

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and diced red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables soften.
