  • 0.5 cup Vegan BBQ sauce

  • 0.5 cup Fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
