  • 120 milliliters BBQ sauce (vegan-friendly)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams shredded lettuce
  • 1 large ripe avocado, sliced
  • 150 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 60 grams vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

1. Cut the seitan into thin strips, similar to shredded chicken.

2. In a medium bowl, mix the BBQ sauce with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the seitan strips and toss to coat well. Let it marinate for 5 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
