In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, instant yeast, salt, and granulated sugar.
Add 1.5 cups of warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
