  • 120 g all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 500 ml vegetable oil
  • 120 g vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Trim the oyster mushrooms to mimic the size and shape of shrimp. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, plant-based milk, salt, garlic powder, and paprika to form a smooth batter.
