  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 120 grams vegan mayonnaise
  • 30 ml sriracha sauce
  • 30 ml agave syrup
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 30 grams chopped green onions
  • 10 grams sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture for at least 15 minutes, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Prepare a three-station dredging setup. In the first bowl, mix cornstarch with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In the second bowl, pour the almond milk. In the third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
