  • 3 cups Water for baking soda solution
  • 2 tablespoons Coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan butter

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until the dough comes together.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
