Ingredients

  • 200 g Vegan feta cheese block
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Pitted Kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Dried thyme
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 loaf Crusty bread

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Place the vegan feta cheese block in the center of a baking dish.

Step 3

Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes, then scatter them around the vegan feta cheese.

Step 4

Add the pitted Kalamata olives to the dish, distributing them evenly among the tomatoes.
