Ingredients

  • 1 round (about 8 oz) vegan brie
  • 1 sheet vegan pastry
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 3 tablespoons vegan honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon vegan milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Toast the pecans by adding them to a dry skillet over medium heat. Stir frequently for about 5 minutes until they are fragrant and slightly darkened. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3

Unroll the vegan pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface. Use a rolling pin to gently stretch it if needed, ensuring it's large enough to fully wrap the vegan brie.

Place the vegan brie in the center of the pastry sheet.
