  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 pcs Bagels, vegan

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel the carrots and slice them into thin strips using a vegetable peeler or mandoline.
