  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

First, drain and press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture. Once pressed, crumble the tofu into a bowl.

In the same bowl, add nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, black salt, and mix well until the tofu resembles scrambled eggs.
