Ingredients

  • 400 grams Silken tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 4 tablespoons Chickpea flour
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black salt (Kala Namak)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 grams Vegan bacon, crumbled
  • 100 grams Vegan Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 unit Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a muffin tin with olive oil.

Step 2

In a blender, combine silken tofu, nutritional yeast, chickpea flour, almond milk, turmeric, black salt, and baking powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Transfer the tofu mixture to a large mixing bowl. Add crumbled vegan bacon, shredded vegan Gruyere cheese, chopped chives, salt, and black pepper. Gently fold until well combined.
