Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Trim the tough ends off the asparagus spears and set them aside.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, lemon zest, dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful coating.
