  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin wedges.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples with lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss well to coat the apples evenly.
